Job Description:
- Receiving orders from the customers
- Confirming the order with Delivery date
- Releasing the production plan to the plant
- Regular follow-up with the plant ensuring the production is inline with the scheduling time
- Dispatch and Coordinating with Forwarder
- Pre and Post dispatch information to the customer.
- Sourcing activities to my customer based on their interest.
- Payment follow-up with the customer
- Solving all day-to-day customers issues through mails and over through phone.
- Conducting weekly Conference calls on critical issues and also based on the customer request.
Experience : 7 – 9 Years
