Candidate should have HR experience Candidate should have expert knowledge and experience of new HR initiatives. MALE Candidate preferred.
To identify training needs for all employees Preparing training budget on the basis of Training Calendar and timely review of the same.
Update & keeping track of Training records, Training Calendar and feedback. Preparation of monthly & yearly training schedules as per the training needs & arrange for the training program.
Experience : 3 – 5 Years
