Job Description:
Capable to take financial decisions incl investments dealings.
To be able to handle Company Law, Bank matters,Central Excise, Sales Tax, Service Tax, etc.
Prepare balance sheet & PL account.Handle internal external audits,C form, TDS.
Taking all financial decisions, Company Law, Bank related, Central Excise, Sales Tax, Service Tax, preparation of Balance Sheet and PL account, internal audits, legal matters, budget preparation, Income Tax.
Experience : 15 – 20 Years
