Job Description:
2 to 4 years of Experience in Contracts, Contract Review and Drafting.Freshers with good academic record may also apply.
Candidates with prior experience in Law Firms, In-house Counsel will be preferred.
Candidate should have Excellent writing skills and good command over spoken English. Candidate with a strong background in Commercial Contracts, Contract Drafting, Review, Vetting and Redlining. Knowledge of Agreements like SLA, MSA, NDA, Marketing & Promotion Agreements, Distributorship Agreements. Strong drafting skills required along with exposure to Contract Management.
