Job Description:
- Experience in co-ordinating with various department for compliance of Tax Laws Labour Laws Corporate Laws for compliance with Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement
- Experience in vetting of the Bank Loan.
- Documentation from Borrowers’ perspective (such as Loan Agreement Indenture of Mortgage Deed of Corporate Guarantee Deed of Personal Guarantee etc.)
- Keeping track of the various Laws applicable to the Company on an ongoing basis.
Experience : 4 – 6 Years
