Job Description:
- Develop & drive the implementation of Margin expansion projects.
- Regular review of Active & Scoping projects .
- Create a constant backup pipeline of Cost reduction , Quality improvement projects.
- Work close with Sourcing , Quality , Commodity , Mfg & Service .
- Lead continuous improvement efforts for the Cold Storage R&D team utilizing Lean principles and PPI tools.
- Support Lean initiatives for other CS R&D functional groups.
- Improve the capability & efficiency of LCR engineering resources.
- Development of multiple project scopes & plans.
Experience: 10 to 20 years.
