Job Description:
- To ensure interrupted material supply for manufacturing and timely release of monthly schedule.
- To plan procurement as per minimum and maximum stock and lead time.
- To ensure adherence to the lay down quality system procedure and update the same as and when required.
- To ensure creation of proper vendor base and data.
- To select and evaluate vendors and approve the sub contractors list.
- To ensure proper controls on the company owned tools lying with the vendors.
- To ensure proper quality system at vendors place.
- To ensure risk coverage of all fixed and current assets of the company at all the sites.
- To ensure proper documentation on all incoming or out going materials.
- To ensure the fulfillment on ISO 9001-2000 TS 16949 system requirement system.
Experience : 5 – 8 Years
